Product Features and Grading Standards of PVC Gloves

PVC gloves are made of polyvinyl chloride through a special process. The gloves do not contain allergens, powder, plasticizers, esters and silicone oil, and have low amount of fume emission, low ion content. They have strong chemical resistance, good flexibility and tactility. They are easy and comfortable to wear and anti-static, and suitable for dust-free environment.

They have strong chemical resistance, good flexibility and tactility. They are easy and comfortable to wear and anti-static, and suitable for dust-free environment.
Features: 1. Weak acid and alkali resistance; 2. Low ionic content; 3. Good flexibility and tactility; 4. Suitable for processes for producing semiconductors, LCDs and hard disks.
Grading Standards
Grade A: No holes on the surface (powdered PVC gloves), uniform amount of powder, no obvious powder, transparent milky white color, no obvious ink dots, no impurities, and the size and physical properties of all parts meet customer requirements.
Grade B: Slight stains, 3 small black spots (1 mm≤ diameter ≤2 mm) , a large number of small black spots (diameter ≤1 mm) , deformation, impurities (diameter ≤1 mm), slightly yellow color, serious nail marks, cracks, the size and physical properties of all parts do not meet customer requirements.
Waste products: Broken holes, obvious greasy dirt, obvious yellowing, impurities (diameter >1 mm), no rolled or broken edges, scratched, torn, cracked, broken by adhesion, and remnants.
Self-repairing products: Large amount of powder, large rolled edge, slightly dirty, slight internal stickiness, small black oily powder on fingertips, and physical properties meet customer requirements.
Allowances for grade A gloves: ≤5 gloves with slight nail marks and ≤3 gloves with obvious nail marks.
